Delivery and delivery charges

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.We only deliver to New Zealand and Australia street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery fees will be calculated at the checkout, before you complete your purchase. In some cases an additional delivery fee may be required for extra large or heavy items and we will contact you before we continue with your order. Should your order incur an additional charge, we will advise you prior to processing your order, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.

We endeavour to deliver all products within 3-10 working days or less, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any). Please allow 10 - 20 extra delivery days for Australia shipping.

Deliveries are made by courier throughout New Zealand; however in some remote or isolated areas an additional delivery charge and delivery time may be required. We do not deliver outside of New Zealand or Australia, but we are able to process orders from overseas delivered to a New Zealand address.
